Meditation
Jesus arrives exhausted at the foot of Calvary
and falls a third time to the ground.
His love for me does not end nor grow less.
How great has been the load of my sins
that they make Jesus fall so often to the ground.
If He had not taken them on Himself,
they would have forced me into the depths of hell.
Prayer
Most merciful Jesus!
I give you my lifelong thanks
for not permitting me to continue in sin
and to fall as I have so often deserved into the depths of hell.
Give me an earnest desire to amend my life,
and help me nevermore to fall back into sin,
but to persevere in your grace to the end of my life.
Our Father... Hail Mary... Glory be...
