V) We adore You, O Christ, and we praise You,

Meditation
Simon of Cyrene was forced to help Jesus carry his Cross,
but even so, Jesus blessed him.
He would gladly permit me to carry the Cross.
In fact, He invites me, but I am deaf.
How ungrateful of me
not to lend a hand to Jesus who is carrying my cross.
Prayer
O Jesus,
he who doesn’t take up his cross and follow You
isn’t worthy of You.
Behold, O Jesus,
I come to join You in the way of the Cross.
Hereafter, I will never complain when my trials seem hard,
so that I may be in your company
when the angel of death calls me.
Our Father... Hail Mary... Glory be...
