HP48FONTS - A collection of TrueType fonts for HP48 Developers. Fonts professionally created by Ted J. Kerber of D'Zign. Released into the public domain. Category: Either HP48G Utils, or DOS. HP48FONT.ZIP contains: HP48FONT.DOC - Documentation HP48GOS1.TTF - HP48 character set, size 1 (small, status-area size) HP48GOS2.TTF - HP48 character set, size 2 (medium, DISP size) HP48GOS3.TTF - HP48 character set, size 3 (large, stack & edit size) HPPRNTR.TTF - HP 82240B Thermal Infrared Printer font (not 82240A) HP48MENU.TTF - Special font that allows you to create text that looks exactly like HP48 menus, even including directory "tabs", any special character, etc. Software that runs on the HP48 to help use this font is included (see below) for automatically centering text in the menu and making it the correct width, just like the HP48 does. HP48KEYS.TTF - Each character of this font is a mini-graphic that looks exactly like a key on the HP48G keyboard (not HP48S) including shifted keys. All the white-on-black keys are also available as black-on-white for applications in which that would be more legible. Example: the "J" character is a white-on-black VAR key, but "j" is a black-on-white VAR key. HP48AKEY.TTF - Same as HP48KEYS but the alphabet keys include the letter at the bottom right corner (just as it appears on the HP48 keyboard), so for example "J" is a VAR key with a tiny J attached. This font is intended for the creation of instruction sheets to be used by people who are not familiar with the HP48. MENUHP - HP48 software that automates the use of the HP48MENU font for creation of text that looks exactly like HP48 menus. Printed user's manual available for free; see doc for details.
