Percent of Total Function: Returns the percent of the first argument that is represented by the second argument.

If both arguments are unit objects (HP48/49/50 only), the units must be consistent with each other. The dimensions of a unit object are dropped from the result, but units are part of the calculation.

Examples:

Out of my collection of 8 Van Gogh paintings, I sold 6. What percent of the total did I sell?
    75 (I sold 75% of them).

On a test with 38 questions, a student got 35 correct. What's his grade?
    92 (His grade is 92%)

returns 10, because 200 centimeters represents 10% of 20 meters.

The HP48 and HP49/50 handle symbolic inputs differently.

   HP48:
HP49/50:
HP49/50 maximum integer inputs: no limit.
